Information we collect
Depending on your enquiry, we may receive your name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp details, industry, equipment requirement, quantity, target delivery and message. For enquiry security and source attribution, the submission may also record the form page, previous or landing page, referral/UTM information, IP address, browser user agent and an approximate country derived from the IP address.
RFQ and technical documents
You may provide RFQs, drawings, datasheets, technical specifications, spreadsheets or supporting images. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Technical files are used to understand and coordinate the requirement.
Why we use information
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, clarify technical requirements, identify sourcing or market development needs, coordinate quotations and documentation, and communicate with relevant parties when required.
Access, security and retention
Access is limited to people who need the information for enquiry handling. The form uses CSRF protection, rate limiting and protected file storage controls. Enquiry records and technical files are retained only for active enquiry handling, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations, and should be deleted when they are no longer required for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential session storage to protect enquiry forms and retain basic navigation context during a visit. The current site does not use third party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
International coordination
Industrial sourcing and manufacturer market development can involve parties in more than one country. Where international sharing is needed to progress an enquiry, only the information reasonably required for that purpose should be shared.
